Agreement with Voysys
These Terms of Service are between you and Voysys AB, Knäppingsborgsgatan 13B, 602 26 Norrköping, Sweden.
If you use Voysys on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If a signed agreement exists between your organization and Voysys, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Using the service
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account or workspace.
- You may not interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to Voysys systems.
- You may not use the service in a way that violates law, third-party rights, export controls, safety rules, or applicable operating requirements.
Remote-operation responsibility
Voysys provides software and infrastructure for low-latency remote operation workflows. You are responsible for the vehicles, machines, environments, operators, safety cases, permissions, connectivity, hardware integration, and operational procedures used with the service.
Do not use Voysys for production, safety-critical, regulated, public-road, or hazardous deployments unless you have completed your own risk assessment and have the required approvals, controls, and written commercial terms in place.
Accounts, trials, and billing
Voysys may offer free, trial, pioneer, or paid access. Availability, limits, and features may change over time. Paid plans, enterprise deployments, support levels, and production rights may be covered by separate order forms or agreements.
If billing applies, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes according to the plan, invoice, or written agreement that applies to your use.
Intellectual property
Voysys and its licensors own the software, APIs, SDKs, documentation, designs, trademarks, and platform technology made available through the service.
Subject to these terms and any applicable order or license, Voysys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal evaluation or authorized business use.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data, content, configurations, and materials you provide to the service. You grant Voysys the rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and support that data for the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and notices required for any data you submit, stream, or process through Voysys.
Third-party services
Voysys may integrate with third-party services such as hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, video, or communication providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
Voysys works to provide reliable service, but the website and service are provided without a guaranteed uninterrupted availability unless a separate written SLA applies.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voysys provides the website and service "as is" unless separate written terms say otherwise.
Voysys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Voysys may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or safety risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service unlawfully.
Governing law
Unless separate written terms state otherwise, these terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
